Now that the iPhone is on vodafone, will EVERYTHING work if i put a vodafone sim in it ?

I have a blackberry storm on vodafone and am getting an iphone soon but it must be on vodafone.
it has just come out on vodafone now so would all the apps, texts, email, and phone work on it if i use a vodafone sim which was activated/bought 7 months ago ??
If this was a bit confusing, then you can just answer the title (Y) :D
 
if i was you go into your nearest vodafone and check with the staff in there before you buy .its normally the 3 network that most people have pros with .
