Now that Sprint/Nextel and Clearwire have merged, will they cut costs by consolidating rents with fewer towers?

Is it possible to discontinue some of their leases and lease/backs when the terms expire and consolidate cell tower transmissions relieving themselves of maintenance, updates and insurance etc.. Especially on some of the aging towers.
