Wrong. Laws that have not been challenged by the Supreme Court are only 2/3 finished. We have seen the Supreme court nullify many laws partly or in full lately. It will take a long time to decide on this one. State laws against mandatory insurance will stand unless overturned. The health care bill was so complex it could take a very long time.
Buying the insurance is not a Federal law, it is an unfunded mandate on the states. The states refuse to cooperate.
Oklahoma has a lot of Indian reservations getting Federal money. Big deal. Has nothing to do with this.
