Nothing happens when i get a call on my palm treo 850?

Only the screen shows up saying that I have an incoming call, but other than that there is no other indication that a call is taking place. The vibrate does not function when I receive a call also. When I actually listen to the ring tones the sound is as it should be, so that leads me to believe that the speaker isn't damaged. I also checked the settings to see if I have them correct and I do have them correct. When I put my ear to the speaker I can hear it click on when I call myself, but you can only hear a slight white noise. Please help, I would actually like to know when people are calling me :p Thanks.
