I was thinking this not too long ago. TVShowsOnDVD has a section of the site where you can poll and let studios know which title you'd buy if it where released.
Can rabroad do something similair? For instance, Amazon.com and their unbox, despite being DRM ridden, is the perfect and easy testing ground for companies to dump DVD ready shows. No discs to manufacture, no cover art or extras to produce. Just the shows. And if people like it enough and download it enough, a DVD release is possible to follow, one would assume. There's so many obscure toons that might not see the day of light, or even popular ones like Real Ghostbusters..... this would be the perfect testing ground for studios and the neat solution for fans. Even better if Apple Itunes got onboard as well..
What do you think... possible?
