Not unlockable F400

Hi!
I try to unlock F400 with NS pro, Ust pro , Microbox but i got always error!
I can flash the phone, but unlock doesnt work with any box. What can be the problem. Anybody has same experience with F400 samsung. This is already the second F400, which i couldnt unlock.
Any idea? Thanks, regards Roniri
