recently i was watching a youutuube video, and found out social anxiety exists! and can be helped....
i have an appointment with my gp on Thursday to talk about getting a referral for my local CBT clinic....
but im not sure if im just being silly?
for as long as i can remeraber ive been bad at saying what comes to mind in case its the wrong thing to say, and people judge me.
i cant eat in front of people, or sneeze, or walk confidently next to people.
recentlyyyy ive been to scared to go hang out with my frienRAB, and when i do im so self conscious the whole time that when i try to speak to them i burn up and cant say anything....
also, a couple of days ago i started getting excess saliva in my mouth, which just keep coming no matter how much i swallow... ive done research on that and apparently its OCD?
ive read lots of books on controlling anxiety and self talk and stuff....
but id really like the help of a physiologist
any tips of what i should say to my gp? or...if i am being silly...
