Hello, I'm 49 years old and have always had some acne, mostly around my period, but not too much. About two weeks ago I broke out in tons of little tiny pimple like things first on my forehead, now spreading to my jawline. They are about the size of a pin head, maybe a little bigger. I started using Clindagel again, but it hasn't helped. I always use cetaphil cleanser because it is so gentle and am afraid to try anything else for fear it will make the condition worse. Does anyone have any suggestions on what this might be and how to possibly treat it? Thank you!
