There's a little very small amount of pain, (more discomfort then pain) on the right side of my abdomen near the middle ab. I had this sensation about a week before that went away after a large bowel movement.. Also my bilirubin count was above 2.5, but now it has lowered to 2.2 ( I know what the bilirubin count can indicate) I do have a small pulsing feeling but it seems more like a muscle spasm then a pulse as if it were going to be something like an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
Any ideas on what it could be? I do not want to go to the doctors right away because i have anxiety and I have become a hypochondriac to the point where I go to a doctor or get checked out 4-7 times a month.
