not sure on what phone to get, low budget too!

[help me im in need]

at first i was planning to get the toshiba 803t but i am not so sure now, after hearing about all these problems with the mp3 player on it and having to convert the files first. but i would still like to get a new phone that has a great camera and an mp3 player but within my budget of 300$ CAD, is there any other options?
oh yeah, the phone also has to look good too! =)
