I got track spikes for cross country today. i found 2 spikes that are flat. i figured i would just use the other ones because those were defective or something but there was only 7 with sharp points as opposed to 8 holes for the spikes. do the flat ones have to go somewhere specific or should i just put it in any random hole?
Not sharp track spikes. specific placement?
