Not seeing results after 10 days of exercise?

I've been running for 10 days now and also doing pull ups, push ups, crunches, leg raises, jump squats, squats,calf raises,stretching and running like 1/2 mile a day or more. And i haven't lost any belly fat. im 14 and 5-3 and im 105 lbs i wanna loose belly fat to get six pack and i need to get ripped for basketball camp. So should i see results? anything i should do for more results? also my cousin is 14 and hes like 5 10 or so and hes 180 lbs and he needs to loose weigh overall hes been doing the same as me and he gained 7 pounds?!?! whats wrong ? how did that happen? 10 pts thank you very much sorry for the essay
