Not impressed with Love Film

Having gotten peed off with Love Film, I changed my DVD rental to Amazon and have been happy with the service, except they don't seem to have such a great range of titles available. Therefore, when Love Film e-mailed me offering a months free rental, I foolishly decided to return. I know they say to put a minimum of 15 titles into your queue, but I was in a bit of a rush and probably only put 5 or 6. Today though I received two films I'd never even requested and found another 20 odd (that I hadn't requested) at the top of my queue. In the small print it says new releases are automatically added, but surely this is taking the p**s?

To hell with Love Film, I'm going back to Amazon!
 
Shame, I was with LoveFilm for ages and thought they were great :(. Mind you, when I was a member they never automatically added anything to my queue, and I would have left straight away if they had done.
 
Ever since Love Film changed warehouses I have noticed a steep decline in service.

The rental queue takes ages to get the movies i want at the top. I usually get the ones about 3 or 4 spaces down. It took ages to get Casanova.

Also, soon as they got my rentals back,they would send out new ones. Now I find I am waiting 2-3 days before they send any thing out. I am wondering if any one else has noticed that?
 
They are definitely slower than when I first joined, and my top 10 has been the same for ages. I've had films on there since I joined about three months ago. Seriously thinking of ending it.
 
I've gone back to Amazon, as there has only been one occasion over the past eight months when I haven't received the top film in my queue. Only downside though is they do have a more limited choice of DVD's available.
 
I have had no movies sent out and they have received all 3 of my DVRAB back 2 days ago. I would seriously move to Blockbuster, but if only they took my card.
