Not getting service?

I have the Ascend and My phone has been working fine since Deceraber when I purchased it.

As of this past saturday my phone has stopped working. I paid my bill ( not that durab lol ) . I even paid $20 for a replacement from Cricket. Still nothing. I went back into Cricket yesterday and in the 10 minutes I was there they got 5 calls about the same thing.

Here's whats happening:
Mobile web works
Can not send texts
Can not receive texts but sometimes they randomly come through
Can make outgoing calls but my nuraber comes up restricted
Can not receive calls

Cricket told me that it should fix itself shortly (wtffff)

I have tried battery pull and a reflash. Even got a new phone. Still nothing.


Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated
 
Yes you need your account refreshed. However we can't do that anymore. You have to go to a corporate store and they have to submit a ticket to IT to have it done. Don't worry there are only 9000 tickets a head of you. Those those are real nurabers as of yesterday.

Most likely you live outside Cricket calling area and got restricted to its own footprint, because you use the phone more than 50% of the time outside of the footprint.. Check the map.
