I ordered an item through Amazon.com and had it shipped to Hawaii. Everything went through, and I entered my credit card number and everything. However, the vendor emailed me saying that they do not ship to anywhere other than the lower 48 states (although they failed to mentioned that). Checking the status of my order, it says "shipping soon", which apparently is a state in which it cannot be canceled. Am I going to be charged with the order, since it won't be shipped? How can I handle this problem so that I don't get charged? I emailed the vendor asking to cancel the order and not charge me for it, but I'm not sure if that's in their power, or if it's the Amazon system that controls that. Please help me! Thank you very much!
