So I'm tired of going to doctor to doctor and having them all tell me something similar that never helps, or having them put me on some sort of medication that doesn't work. For the past four or five months I've been undergoing severe depression and any anti-depressants I've been put on have only made the depression monumentally worse, apparently that happens with a small percentage of people. I've had trouble maintaining weight, apparently I am slightly anemic, so I spend my days pretty exhausted and tired. I've been having diharrea for the past two weeks or so, haven't had much appetite, have been extremely tired and have been having a lot of lower abdominal pains. It's reaching a point where it's hard to function throughout the day because I'm so tired and struggling to walk up a staircase without getting winded, and I'm going to be a freshman in college next year and was recruited to go there for d1 athletics. I don't see myself able to make it through a year in this condition and I'm not sure what to do. My parents aren't supportive and I just need advice on some steps to take. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
