Not eating??!!?! please answer?

if I didn't eat for lets say a week could I lose 15 lbs with vigorous excersize and drinking lots of water? I don't plan on eating a lot during this or after so I don't have to worry about the reabound. Also, would my legs and arms get a little smaller? And don't try to scare me out of it and say it will eat your muscles and no fat because I know for a fact that's not true.
I'm 102 lbs and 5'2.
Don't say I don't need to lose weight either just please answer the questions.
