Im the petitioner in a injunction hearing tomorrow and it's an appeal that I did not want?
When I was denied the original injunction I did not want an appeal but the lady at the desk told me to sign here and here and here and check this box so I did not knowing it was an appeals box.Will I get in trouble for not showing up? I don't have childcare and my 9 month old son just got out of the hospital today.Can anyone help me with this on what's going to happen if i don't show up...Thanks,,,Oh and I live in Florida
