Is there a big difference? Yeah ik dieting means like short term and when you eat regular(junk) again it comes back.
But eating healthy(whole grains, whole wheat, skim milk, healthy lower sugar cereals & foods, low fat, fat free, ect) is not the same is it? Because i eat healthy everyday and give my self treats like a chocolate bar or chinese once in a while or if theres a party ill have a small slice of pizza(i dont eat this stuff all the time, im just naming some things that i dont really eat), but once in a while eating 1 of these be bad when you eat healthy? I dont drink soda or eat fast food. i dont eat after 5-6:30 unless its fruit.

Low fat cheese(weight watchers), skim milk, low fat yogurt?
