Not authorized for use at this time (cricket screwed up my phone)

Ok here is my story I have a samsung a900 flashed to cricked (was already flashed when I bought it) and up until today everything worked fine (minus the usual wap and picture message stuff) but anyway I was having a problem with googles sms service and my phone so like an idiot I called up crickets CS and asked them if there was anything they could do and they gave me the usual "it's prob a problem on googles end so call them" crap but in the process they did a reset on my account to see if that would fix it and instead of fixing the sms problem they made things worse because now I cant use the phone at all because everytime I try to dial a nuraber I get a message saying "your phone is not authorized for use at this time call CS ...." but when I call CS I get a message saying all CS reps are busy (I have been trying to call back for over 2 hours) so I am assuming they are closed for the night and need to get my phone up and running again so what do you pros suggest.

By the way I checked my MDN /MIN are correct my PRL is also correct and so is my SID so I don't really know what else I need to change or fix so hoping someone here might be able to offer some help and thx for advance for the replies.

Also dialing *2 on my phone to do OTA progamming does not work for me on this phone is it because it's a sprint phone ?

Update: I FINALLY got the phone working again. The problem I was having was one of the cricket CS reps actually put a different ESN nuraber on my account when they reset my acct before (idiots) any then they actually tried to charge me $15 to reset it back to the ESN that was there in the first place but needless to say I told them they could go to hell and the would do it for free since it was them who changed it in the first place for some unknown reason and after a few minutes of arguing with the CS he agreed to do it for free (something he said was impossible to do just 5 mins before) anyway he actually put the wrong ESN nuraber in it AGAIN and so I had to call again and have another CS Rep put the right nuraber in but he then told me it would not work because it was not a cricket phone and right about the time he said that I got a text message come in and I said "so it's not going to work eh" , laughed at him and hung up but now I still have my original problem which is if there is anyway to get Google's SMS service working with Cricket or not.

When you flash a phone or buy a phone that is already flashed, there is no guarentee they will work. The rep did the right thing in telling you it wouldn't work, because otherwise you would call back in and say hey my phone isn't working.....
 
I understand that however the phone was ALREADY working for over a month with cricket and they just screwed up like they always do but you get you pay for I guess.
 
I have an ascend live in Oklahoma and it has happened twice now! I pay my bill on time and customer service is no help! No cricket I didn't drop my phone the 228 crap doesn't work! I'm on the verge of leaving cricket! Whoever handles the accounts needs to do something it's NOT us it's cricket so fix it or lose good customers that take care of their phones and pay their bill.ugh signed dissatisfied customer!
 
I have this same problem. After a week it now wont allow me to call out. Cricket acted like I was the first person to ever have this problem. They also told me it will take them 24 hour - 14 days to fix the problem. I am looking for work and having my phone not work isn't going to help things.
