Not Another Teen Movie ???QUESTION???

I watched Not Another Teen Movie last night and know that most of the scenes etc are based on other movies.

There is one scene in the film that is from a film I have watched and I cannot remember what its from and its annoying me.

The scene is a man with a camcorder filming and a white plastic bag flies round him. A girl falls in love with him and loves the "freakyness of the filming"

Can anyone tell me what the film this scene is from?
