on windows to stop outsiders? seeing in. My net-curtains don't do much and i don't want to put up curtains.
You know like those windows that are tinted so only people on one side can see through but the people on the other side just can't. They have them at police stations. My school had them as well. But i don't want to change the glass. So is there a special sticky film you can buy that does the same exact job.
