Nose

I have sores inside both nostrils that will not go away. They crack everyday and bleed alittle and sometime it hurts when I blow my nose. Sometimes a little buildup will occur when I don't blow my nose. What is causing this? And why won't it heal and go away?

Try a little vaseline in each nostril morning and night. They should eventually heal.
