Nose problem

Hello,

I'm having trouble with my nose.
It gets extremely cloggy and stuffy. I am unable to blow it all out as it isn't in liquid form.

When i go to sleep at night, i generally wake up 2 -3 times having to clean it out.

Is there anything i can do to fix this problem. Please help!

Try using a Neti Pot to rinse your nasal passages. Also saline sprays used regularly can help.
