Norton doesn't let me install Flash Disinfector? Help!?

Ok, so I have a virus on my USB and I want to get rid of it. Basically, I want to download Flash Disinfector, but Norton keeps blocking it; saying it's some sort of Trojan Horse. =/
How do you disable the settings for automatically blocking?

(oh, and if you got a safe link for Flash DIsinfector, please put that in your post too :D)
