North Carolina State University Vs. UC or CSU?

Wow congratulations on earning a grant for tuition. Does this grant pay for books, housing, and tuition? If so, you have nothing to lose if you do not like it there you can always come back after your first year. I have two friends that went to school there and they liked it there. N.C.S.U. is a totally different atmosphere than the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. Oh and the food in the Carolinas is to die for, I had a great time when I went.

i have the opportunity to go to NCSU on a grant that will pay for my schooling for the first degree, which is about 18,000 a year.. i currently live in california near los angeles, does anyone have any helpful information about NCSU or about raleigh, also do you think i should attend a UC school or CSU school and stay in california?

i want to major in electrical engineering
