North Carolina divorce requirements?

My friend is married to a man in the military, he receives an extra 1,000 dollars a month for being married. My friend went to a party and was drugged then raped and she got pregnant from her rapist. Her husband won't listen to her and kicked her out. He won't give her any money and he refuses to divorce her. Is there anyway she can get the money he is keeping from her? (She doesn't want all of it, all she wants is 500 dollars a month, so he keeps 700 and then also keeps his money from his normal pay.) Or is there anyway she can get a divorce without his consent? He said that he is trying to "get her on adultery", I'm not sure what that involves but she did not cheat, she was sexually assaulted, so how can she fight those charges (No, there is no proof she was raped. She had no idea what had happened until she found out she was pregnant!)?
