I have allergy-induced asthma (I think this flare-up is from dust mites; not sure though)
Anyways after about a week of asthma symptoms they started to lessen (I moved out of the basement). I'm doing a little better breathing but now I feel like I have congestion in my chest (like I need to cough it out, you know? Like there is phlegm or something in my chest) However, I can't cough anything up.. I try, and nothing comes up; I don't know if there is even anything there TO come up, the feeling just feels the same as when you have a chest cold. My pharmacist told me to try some Mucinex; I took one last night and another this morning but it still feels the same. What do you think? Is this a normal symptom or is something else wrong with me?
