Normal for a couple to argue ...A LOT!?

My girlfriend and i have been going out now for quite some time, i love her with all my heart and cant picture my self with anyone else! We talk about marriage a lot, im thinking about proposing at the end of this year!! but the thing is we argue quite a lot, not big arguments, they usually only last a few hours but we have are arguments like once every week.
Any advice, you would have would be greatly appreciated!

It's normal. My fiance and i argue a lot ... more then you two. We always argue over small little tiny matters ... almost EVERYDAY ! But we know that we love each other very much. The more we argue the better our relationship. It's all depend on different couples. One of my friend's parent argue a lot . They argue for more than 30 years but never file for divorce. When her father die, we are so surprise that her mother says so many touching words which is unbelievable. You see how deep is their love ? As long as u both r deeply in love, everything will be fine. Good luck to you.
 
it happens to a lot of couples, it's a sign that you're getting sick of each other, you might want to hold off on the marriage talk before you see if you can get over these fights. as long as they're not terrible then you should be fine.
