I currently have a very physical and somewhat mental Job on-top of being a high introvert I find that after a few straight days of working, when I have a day off and I've slept roughly 7 hours, two to three hours later after getting up, I must sleep again for roughly two to three hours for my body fatigue to go away and ready to go for the rest of the day. Following the next day if I have to go to work I usually have more energy then on days I'm working.
Can I eliminate the need for that extra nap after from just sleeping or is it just what my mind and body neeRAB to recovery ?
