Hey I'd like to know if anyone out there knows anything about 'non-genuine' car bumpers. I was quoted one for $150 for my Ford Mondeo 95 Model. I read somewhere on the net NOT TO BUY NON-GENUINE, but it's certainly in my budget at that price.
Can someone fill me in more please? My car bumper is in pretty bad shape (2 large cracks and a small damaged bit on the back of the bumper). Is it cheaper to just get it welded? The bumper is still in one piece and what looks to be repairable.
Please, serious responses only whether I should repair the bumper or just have it replaced with the NON-GENUINE bumper.
