I received the above Notice today..no date on it, envelope not dated, no amount listed. I believe it is for $310 for physical therapy I had at the hospital for my knee. It says I should ask for a hearing within 10 days, but there is no date on the letter from the atty. I guess he's going after my bank account - which has no money in it until next payday. The City I work for has forced all non-union employees such as myself, to give up a day's pay every month for the last 15 months and we have had no raises for 3 years. I am single and barely survive with my check being short every month. I have no money to pay this and I have nothing for them to take. I already moved to a very small apt., I don't even have a microwave. I am 60 yrs old. Any suggestions?
