My husband received a Class B for Theft Prop 50-500 in June 2009. It is affecting employment so we need to file for non-disclosure. I know a lawyer can do this for around $1,000, but I don't have that kind of money. Is it possible to do it ourselves? Are there any form kits or websites that will help?
