Hey everyone.
My question is basically, what does the manufacturer's warranty cover? I don't think it covers cosmetic damage, but hopefully hardware/software problems? And what does a "problem" mean to Nokia? I've never had to sent a Nokia back to get replaced, by my E5 is starting to act up on me (major lag when in the SMS interface, and lagging when I open the menu etc etc). Also, if there are a few scratches due to the phone being dropped, would they still replace it if it had software problems? Thanks!
