Nokia X6 on O2 Ovi Store Problem?

Hello All

I have a Nokia X6 on O2 and I'm having a problem with the Ovi store app. When i connect over WI-FI it works perfectly but if i connect over 2G or 3G i can only download one app then after thats installed i get ether "could not perform operation because of an error" or "unable to verify username and password". what could be the problem?
