I currently have a Nokia 1100, a dinosaur between cell phones. It's working fine but I feel so outdated when I see all the new tech stuff on new cell phones

Based on reviews, there are problems with Samsung and they have lower ratings. Which one do you think is better? And if you know another better one, consider the budget limit
