nokia problem? please help!

i just bought a 6288. its branded with planet 3 logo. im having bad connection problems, the phone will only make or get calls when im outside. its not the sim. its not the network. i think it may have to do with this planet three stuff thats loaded onto the phone. any one know?
 
Bought it from an ebay seller cellpoint usa. gsm for the phone is 900/1800/1900. im hooked up with an AT+T account. Any insight?
 
This phone could be defected. So you'd better go to service center. Then should figure it out
