Nokia Panasonic compatible Filter?

I have Nokia D3100 SLR camera (18-55 and 55-300 lens) and a Panasonic HDC-TM700K camcorder. I am planning to buy filters and wide angle lens lens for them. Are there lens available which will work for both? Is it possible?
 
Since when did Nokia make dSLR cameras? Nikon makes the D3100.

If my guess is correct, they don't have the same filter size but you can get a step (up or down) filter adapter to use the same filter for both devices.
 
Nikon, not nokia.... sjeez...

Filters are screw-on. 18-55 takes 52mm, 55-300 takes 58mm. The panasonic takes 46mm. For filters you could buy 58mm and use step down rings. For a wide angle converter you will need to buy two, a 46mm and a 52mm one.
