NOKIA OVI PLAYER AND NOKIA X3 !!!!?

New member
recently installed the music disc that my nokia X3 came with and it asked me to update and download to nokia ovi player which i did. but now its saying the phone is not compatible,
ive tried to drag and drop but it comes up with an error sign. Nokia helpline is only open from 9-7pm when im not at home-typical.

is there any other software which might be compatible with the nokia X3 because the one they told me to download doesn'tt match
