nokia nuron internet connection problem and myfaves arent showing up?

i bought the 10 a month internet and it has been working since ive had it the past two days, but now when i try to open the internet it says: (Connection not available) (Web: unable to perform operation)
does anyone know why the internet wont work?

and second, my myfaves arent showing up, when i click the myfaves button on the home screen, the 5 circles show up but they are grey with a white center, and it says updating myfave under it

i called tmobile support and they said that i had to force it on and that they would send me a text message with instructions what to do but i never got the text...any help on this?
 
Go to Pbk -> Options ->Mobilebackup -> and do Sync Now.

Once u sync successfully with myfaves server.u will be able to enable myfaves
