my fone went dead n in the morning i plugged in the charger the charge light lit up i pressed the power button and felt the vibration but my screen stayed blank.. i have tried removin battery numerous times and i have tried reset button (leftshift/ space/ backspace/ power) but still no joy... has any1 else had this problem and can help me resolve it..

GOT IT WORKING NOW...
after reading other ppls n97 problems i came across this solution hope it can help u... if needed...
1-take battery out
2-put battery back in(do not replace cover)
3-turn power on until u feel vibration then remove battery immediately.
4-wait 10-20 secs replace battery
5-try power again.. this worked for me and now im updating my software u can update ur software in nokia ovi suite..if u have not got a ovi suite down one from nokia.com..
