Nokia n97 mini help please?

Hi. The ovi store on my nokia n97 doesn't work. When I click on it the screen flickers then nothing happens. Also I can't delete it as it isn't in the application manager, or in the file manager. + When I download it again it it says the certificate is out of date. + When I try and update it says update failed ! What's wrong with it? Only got it today!!!
