Nokia N97 is restarting continuously?

I have a Nokia N97 32GB a month ago i was flashing it and it got bricked somehow i managed to fix it but the problem now is that after every few minutes the display shows blue and green vertical lines and the phone restarts itself. I took it to Nokia care and they can't fix it does anybody know how to fix this restarting problem. Firmware version is v22.0.110.015
