NOKIA N82 WONT START WHILE UPDATING SOFTWARE THROUGH OVI?

I was updating my N82 software through Ovi when all of a sudden a msg appeared on my laptop saying that "Ovi stopped working" and the only option it gave was to close the program.
Now the phone won't start or anything!!
HELP PLEASE
