Nokia N8 Should i Wait?

hello, does anyone know if the Nokia N8 will be free on the $29 cap? i don't know if i should get the Nokia N97 Mini now for free on the $29 (ends soon offer) or wait until the Nokia N8?
What do you guys think i should do?
