Nokia N75 vs 6290

I'm looking at these 2 phones and they both seem pretty similar to me. Aside from the minor physical differences, the 10mb in internal memory, and the video call (which probably wont even be of any use in north america for a while), what is really the difference between these 2 handsets, if any?
Is there something i'm not seeing? Is there any reason 1 is better than the other?

cosmetically (if it matters to you), the n75's cam is on the back allowing pics to be taken with the flip closed and it has it's media keys on the outside. I see the 6290 has external keys, but they may not be media specific (or assignable).

That and the fact that (in theory) the n75 is an n-series phone and should be made with better materials that the number series phones. Also (again in theory) the n75 should be available before the 6290 (although an unbranded version might be slow in materializing).

......sometimes specs alone dont judge which phone is better. On paper many phones look better but are outperformed by "lesser" phones.

N75: US 3G, no headphone jack, Pop-port, S60v3, sideway camera with the front screen

6290: Euro 3G, headphone jack, mini-USB port, S60v3FP1, normal clamshell style camera

The rest is pretty much identical. Also the N75 might be a Cingular branded only deal at first.
