I am returning my 8525 for various reasons and was looking at exchanging for either of these two phones. I know the N75 is not out yet (maybe 2 weeks?) and I could go with the SYNC now, but I have heard the SYNC call volume is weak. How is the call quality on the SYNC, as this is very important to me. I have looked at the specs for both and they don't look vastly different, but I have heard Nokias have better call quality and reception (never had a nokia). I am willing to wait and see if the nokia comes out since I have 26 days left on the 8525, but would like to hear some other comments on either phone.
Oh, the other big deal is voicemail notification. Can you see the voicemail icon on the external SYNC screen or do you have to hit a button to "wake" the phone 1st? thanks.
For comparison I am using my older SE z520, which has outstanding call quality and loudness when talking to others.
