nokia n73 music fimrware nokia pc suite and nokia service updater

hi i am a noob at this sort of thing and need some help lol.
whenever my pc says my phones connected to pc suite i then load nokia SU .then it says my phone disconnects :-(
it has done it loads of times now and i really want the music firmware on my phone lol!
is there any other way or any soloution for this so i can have the music firmware on my phone!

also i dont know if this will help but when i was using nss i went onto scan then i went into read phone then wrote the product code in then clicked enable then clicked write.

it always says from nsu thats it discoonected thats how it works...wen u r just in nokia pc suite its says its connected but wen u go to update it says disconnected...everything is fine wen it says its disconnected its is actually connected for the firmware update....its weird but thats how it works...
 
i have done but still nothing.i think im goin to give up on installing nokia n73 music software and try and fix my phone lol!
 
ok i have everything sort of sorted!:-)
apart from the updating.
it says connected on pc suite
go onto update
nope then disconnects (but u sed this wo normal) but then doesnt actually find the phone and says unable to find phone
