Nokia Messaging email password/account issues?

Anyone else seeing this?

A message pops up on my phone that my password has expired, or somesuch thing. So I reinput.



I try again, same thing. The Nokia Messaging email app is stuck on that password screen. So I go to email.nokia.com, and try to login.



So I go to create a new account...



So I type in my information to login...



:doh:

W T F is this endless loop.

Last time solved this via an NM support address published on Nokia Support Discussions Forum, now this address (as other users report) is dead, only hope for you is the pathetic Nokia Care support asking to delete all your NM accounts.

At the end of the day I ended up re-registering in nokia mail with a DIFFERENT email account...once that was done I was still able to add my original accounts to sync with my phone....including the account that Nokia shut down on me. I'm afraid at what may happen when I upgrade from my e75...prolly will have to re-register again!
 
this is most common problem nokia messaging user face.This problem generally occurs when the 1st set up email address is removed.Actually nokia messaging set the password same as set up during first email setting.that means password for nokia messaging is same as the first email password set during the email setup.If u forgot that password u have to hard reset ur phone by *#7370# and phone will come to factory condition.Also u can mail to nokia for password reset but i dont have much idea about it.:clapping:
