Nokia message transfer/update problem with PC SUITE?

Help me with Nokia pc suite.?
When I connect my phone to pc, Nokia pc suite does not update my new messages, and it says that the operation could not be completed.
please help me to fix this error, even I removed the program and reinstalled it, but it still has the same problem.
